Conference fee

PLN 1 400

The fee includes the cost of:

• participation in conference sessions at the UEP and at the Samsung Electronics Poland Manufacturing headquarters (in-person or online),
• conference refreshments and a gala dinner,
• bus transportation between the PUEB and Samsung Electronics Poland Manufacturing locations,
• opportunity to present a poster (including publication of the poster with a DOI),
• support in the article publication process (mediation between authors and journals).

The fee does not include accommodation costs or journal publication fees. The current publication fee will be communicated to authors upon submission of the article to the journal.

In the event of cancellation after payment of the conference fee, a refund will only be possible if notification of cancellation is received no later than August 31, 2026. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
